SydLUG has displayed many times at the AMRA Liverpool show. This year, we have focused on the Richmond Vale Railway and surrounding area. The railway closed in 1987 and while the rail corridor has not been built over, it is unlikely the railway will ever cross the hexham flood plain again. More info at www.richmondvalerailwaymuseum.org

The SydLUG team has worked to capture parts of the local town of Kurri Kurri, the immigrant camp at Greta, the Hexham Swamp and the Richmond Vale Colleiry. The display is circa 1980.

The AMRA Liverpool show is on between 9am-4pm both Sunday 30th Sept and Monday 1st Oct. Come along if you are in Sydney and want a fun day out. More details can be found at http://www.amransw.asn.au/documents/AMRA.pdf

Thismorning the Larmour family presented SydLUG with AMRA’s Wombat Award (The Children’s Most Popular Exhibit) for 2012.
