SOUTH WEST BRICK FAIR Competition Terms & CONDITIONS

 1. Promoter 
SYDLUG INC (ABN 74 642 582 424) 

2. Entrants 
Entry to the competition is open to all residents of New South Wales. If an entrant is under 18 years of age, they must obtain the permission of their parent or guardian before entering this competition. 

3. Time frame 
Commences 9am AEST 3rd September 2019 
Concludes 5pm AEST 13th September 2019 

4. Entries 
To enter, entrants must: 
a. Like the SYDLUG Competition Facebook post, AND 
b. Tag 2 friends in the comments 

One entry is permitted per person. 
Winners will be chosen at random and announced via Facebook private message. 

5. Prize 
The random prize draw will take place at 10am on 16th September 2019 at 402 Hoxton Park Road, Prestons, NSW, 2170 

Each winner (maximum 4 winners) will receive 1 x family pass valued at $25 to attend the SW Brick Fair. 
Total prize pool value is $100. 

6. Prize Conditions 
Winners will be notified via Facebook Messenger within 2 business days of the draw. The winners will have their name published on the SYDLUG Facebook page. 

The Prize winner must be available to redeem the Prize on the dates stipulated by the Promoter. If the Prize winner is not able to redeem the Prize on that date, the Promoter may determine another Prize winner in its absolute discretion. 

No component of the Prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash. 

Promoter is not responsible for any changes in times or dates, or cancellations or rescheduling of events that may prevent the Prize winner from redeeming the Prize or any part of it. 

7. Costs and expenses 
All entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition. Winners are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in the act of claiming and redeeming the prize and will not be reimbursed. 

8. Disqualification 
Where the promoter reasonably suspects any unlawful or improper conduct, such as infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions – the promoter may disqualify the entry or entrant.
